Love, love, love to read. Basically the only genres I do not read are horror, and sci fi.
Recently lost my Mother, April, 16, 2009, Dad passed on September 16, 2004. How bizarre, both on Thursdays the 16th, they are now together again.

Ooh! Thank you so much! I love her books [Sandra Dallas]! Have you read some of her earlier ones? Their good too. Glad you got my email ok...I was afraid I sent it to the wrong address by mistake. So sorry to hear your Mom is in so much pain...my prayers are with her and hope that the Drs. can at least do something for that. Take care!

    Hugs

I thoroughly enjoyed The Guernsey Literay & Potato Peel Pie Society & I'm sure you will also. I told eveyone, plus the librarian, that they had to read it. Ann S.

Hi...these books I've posted lately...last 2 or 3 are library books. I'm always writing down titles and authors of books, and when I go to the library, I look for them. Sometimes I have to get them through inner-loan library, but I'm glad cause otherwise I don't think I'd find them, unless its through Amazon or another book place online. Can't always afford that! I just sent you an email earlier this morning. Hope you got it?

Definitely read it. Quick read. Interesting insight into civilian life during WWII. Should I read Appalachia?

Hi...its been a hectic weekend, but not bad. Hope you've had a good one too. I started a new book, "Princess Sultana's Daughters" by Jean Sasson...its an older book, but so far, pretty interesting. Its from a stack I got from the library last week.

Hi.. I just got back from Holland I was there since the last time I sent you a note on this page. It was a wonderful time.. and I'll never forget it, but as always after a long trip it is good to be back home. Well, I must get.. I am having to get caught up on things around the house now that I'm back. You know how it is. The busy stuff starts as soon as you walk in to the house. ~smile~

Yes, I hadn't heard from you in ages. I figured you were really busy. Tomorrow I'll be taking off for five days in Holland. I'm looking forward to it. I have never been before so it will be an exciting experience. What all have you been up to? I'm reading Mayflower right now..so that will be the next book I put up on my shelf as having read. It is very interesting.. a great tell all history of the founding of the Plymouth Colony.

Hi.. a couple nights ago I stayed up way too late having tons of fun adding tags to my books. I'm glad I finally did it. Had I waited any longer it would have taken me a half a day to do it properly. ~smile~ So what have you been up to. I haven't heard from you in a couple of days.. {see I'm missing your little notes} and was wondering if you have gotten yourself into a wonderful book and can't pull yourself away from it. Those are the best sort of books.. aren't they?
