Hello ZomWill this be your first garden? You will do just fine. Justbe careful to only put in plants for your zone. Put shady plants only in the shade etc. I know it sounds elementary. But every gardener gets tenpted now and then. Then enjoy the beauty. By the way, Miracle Grow now has Liquid Bloom Boost. It is like heaven for a gardener.Khabira
Hello and welcome to our group. I am in love with New Orleans and especially The French Quarters. I hope that you will be my friend and that we will have the opportunity to get to know each other more.WelcomeKhabira
always good to find another New Orleanian here!
I added you for your name.. I must be shallow!! ;DZOMBIES!!
Thanks for the add. Drop me a line anytime!~Shaen
Hi,All that is solid Melts into Air is one of my all time favourite books. In fact my first book which is to be published soon takes off from it...any way it will be fun to meet u in virtual space...Regards,Debraj
Very, very cool shelf. Be sure to post a review of Digging Leviathan when you're done. It's been on my shelf for ages. A word from you may move it to the top of my pile.
Hey, thanks for the friending! I look forward to this opportunity to meet another book lover.
Nice Nancy Pearl action figure. The kids "accidentally" ripped her action arm off in my Middle School this year. I kept all of the wonderful literature that she came with. Awesome profile...I hope we can be Shelfari friends.
hi. great book choices. i can't wait to check out "world war z"
We have very similar tastes; I was excited to find another fan of "Cold Comfort Farm," which most people have never heard of. I enjoy your reviews and have already added some things to my reading list from your shelf, which, thankfully, I could get through in one sitting!
Hi Z,There is a Tag & Tell game going over at Apocalypse Lovers and I tagged you with 3 questions, hope you'll stop by and reply.
Your opinion/comment on The Road by McCarthy made me laugh out loud. Sick and twisted. Sweet.
Love your critiques!
Alright - so the first thing I did this morning was add World War Z to my wish list. The Wish List is one of my favorite features on shelfari. It helps get rid of all those scraps of paper one tries to round up and put in a notebook - but they mostly elude capture and just swirl around one's life...
After reviewing your shelf, I'm wondering if you've had a chance to read Stephen King's Dark Tower series? I think it might be something you'd enjoy.
We have a lot of the same books. I only put the books on my shelf that I have read but I have a lot of others like Piers Anthony and others that you have.
There's one question I must ask: Would one to be lucky or terrified to meet you at the local library? :)* You are quite the amusing commentator with your opinions. Bravo!! What book(s) are you currently feasting on? (Pun intended, poorly applied) *chuckle*
