    i liked your review of the places in between - but i'm surprised, based on the general tone of the review, that you didn't like it.

    i "read" the audiobook, read by the author, so i guess i felt i knew the guy a little just by listening to his voice, etc.

    anyway, i enjoyed your shelf and your reviews.
