Hey no worries! I haven't been as active as I've wanted to be lately either...I've been so swamped since my exams start next week and I just finished 3 essays...not fun. The worst part is the lack of time for reading :( haha. Hope everything goes well with the move!

Hey! So March is almost over and I just realized that I can't write up the Book Recommendation for April because with exams coming up I haven't been able to spend any time on new series' so I haven't really read any other PNR novels besides BDB and Dark Hunter haha, any chance you could do it? We can ask Leah if not. Or should we just sort of rotate between the three of us maybe? Unless we get to a point like where I am and one of us doesn't have a series/book to recommend haha

I think that was a really smart thing to do, if the oldies don't want to hang with us I'd rather drop the dead weight than carry it around :P! I've also personally been sending out little 'welcome' posts to all of our new members, and inviting them to come and join discussions when ever they can :). I'll tell you, I was worried about this group when we first started its revamping, but we have really durned this thing aroung, Yay Us :D!

I like that a lot! Maybe for our group picture each month we could do like a "TEAM VISHOUS, BECAUSE TATOOS ARE HOTT!" I don't know, something like that?? Then we open up a discussion on the character of the month. What do you think?

Hey, I had something that I wanted to throw your way, (I was going to ask Carlye too), about the whole "character of the month" thing and how they should be represented. Wynters brought up the fact that a few of the other BDB groups are sporting our picture and suggested that it might be fun to asighn an actor/actress to the character?? She also suggested that the way the group decides is for the admins to come up with a few choices and have the group vote, and then we can post?? I thought it sounded like a creative way to do things, and something totally fun for us to do!! Let me know what you think. I was thinking maybe Vin Diesel or Cole Hauser??

I like all the ideas! haha we're definitely on the same wavelength with this. I also invited all my friends on shelfari (not that i have that many..I just joined recently) and was able to get a few more members, so I'm gonna post a thread about re-vamping the group (pun intended lol) and getting some activity into it. so I guess the first character of the month is Zsadist? haha. should we do Revhenge before or after his book comes out? if we did it before it could provide people with some info about him to take into reading the book, but afterwards we'll have more to talk about...

anyway I'm going to start the books recommendation thread tonight with Dark Hunter because I actually have only just started venturing into paranormal romance novels and have only read a few series...Dark Hunter and BDB are my favs haha. I'll let you start the character discussion and you can just pick whomever you want. if I notice you missed something I'll just send you a note so you can edit it. hopefully these spark some activity! haha we seem to be the only ones talking right now lol

hey no prob, websites are never perfect lol. I checked the group out and it's working fine for me now! looks much better. I was thinking, do you think we should do like...a monthly book recommendation or something? so that people can find similar books? like we could recommend Dark Hunter or Night Huntress etc to tide people over while waiting for the next book to come out and just keep it pinned to top until the month is over
