    I see that you own "Why People Don't Buy Things". This is a very insightful and an enjoyable read. This book is not that well known but is on par with other great sales books like "SPIN selling" by Rackham and "Solution Selling" by Bosworth. I found that my ability to launch successful new products/brands was greatly aided by understanding and appreciating the challenges of our sales team (in essence, one of marketing internal customers). This book was a big help.
