I must say I'm not into Marquez's magical realism and this being the first read of Llosa I must admit I LOVE IT! Ricardo its the perfect man that any woman will want for herself. But I want to say that the view of the author of forever-love is the gratest way for my taste.Thats why I hated Love in the of Cholera, cause I thought that character was not so profound as he claimed to be,having all those woman denaturating the child-sice love. I wanted to rate the book with 4 for the erotism in it and because I thought that The Bad Girl will not return to Ricardo, but this was kind of great story afterall. So profound feelings, its everything we need..

I can say I felt inlove with distopic novels once I read 1984.I looked forward for this book, cause as I studied the genre I found out that "We" is the first of this type and served as inspiration for the famous novels of antiutopian.Well,as I heard from many people, this must have been a completely unsatisfying reading. But I completely disagree.I can say this is more complex and more brainstorming than I actually espected.I could notice the points that been modified and put again in the some other writings, but the originality is very obvious. In my opinion everyone that love this genre must read this,if not start with this novel.Amaizing.

A funny parody with knights ,catsles, honour, and stories! A exemple of what must mean to be and to exist. Can somebody be without existing?Calvino made Agilulfo to show us the differences between this verbs. Touching, a must read, for sure!

I absolutely loved this dystopic novel, that also shows a truth, more or less important or real.Winston is the tipical man of XX century society, and the end (most importnat part in my oppinion) show exaclty the destiny of any other person alive ,living in this perfect way. You ll get in the end an robot, free of any independent thought, and worst of all, you'll love it.

This was just AMAIZING! I never read such sensitive writing in my entire life.Kuprin is just fantastic..The exotism of Sulamita, the social incompatibility from Witch Olesia and the most touching reveal of the true love existing made this book a complete journey of what means human being waiting for love.. It's such a pitty he is not a popular writer,he is really wonderful. Most touching of them all?The Bracelet of Garnets.

I don't think its such a precious book for those who want to read REAL STUFF. It's a poor diary of how low can an adolescent be,in what concerns the erotism. Eliade is a genius, that's for sure, but with this thing and the Maytreyi scandal,it has dissapointed me enough. No matter,I still like him,but try something more intelligent by him, please.!
