You have quite an interesting collection on your shelf. I will have to check some of them out.
Hi, Yara,
I'm a writer and I try to sneak in time to read a book or short story here or there. I'm active in a local writers' group, actually it's called Writers League of the Villages. I'm taking a days break today and read a friends short story she sent to me. I enjoyed it. I want to get ahold of book two in the Hunter Games.
Before I took up writing daily I read 4 to 6 books a week. I like science fiction, fantasy, mysteries, biographies and autobiographies and whatever catches my eye. I taught English, Am. Lit, British Lit and World Lit as well as AP classes, so I have a head start. I also like plays to see or read.
I'm planning on going to the International Sci-fi convention: ChiCon7 in Chicago this Aug.
Yara, thank you for friending me, I am looking forward to reading your recommendations and reviews. Following are a few of my favortie stories for you to consider adding to your wish list: "Resurrection" by Arwen Dayton, "The Forever War" by Joe Haldeman, "The Riyria Revelations Series" by Michael J.
