The Maxx is a comic series by Sam Kieth. It was also an ongoing short film series on MTV's Liquid Television back in the stone ages before MTV forgot how to be avant-garde.

The tv shows you list were all excellent - and so strange. Did you ever watch The Maxx? You seem like sonmeone who might like that one as well.

Library life in Norway... I don't know that much yet! But, the education seems to take the technology seriously. We're going to learn web publishing and we've got an entire subject set aside for only dealing with searching the internet. It seems the study material so far on one hand mourns the loss of what used to be and on the other hand it anticipates the future. Although the role of librarian is changing, I think that the librarian's importance and expertise will only be more important. At least that's how it feels right now, considering what I've read of the debates and such so far.
