I love books. They're a way to suck out any terrible things you're feeling and replace them with new places, people, and ideas. I hate people. I love to write. I love pudding. I LOVE ice cream. I love Johnny Depp. I love summer camp. Basically, I love lots of things.

This was brilliant! I think the author did a fantastic job narrating as a teenage girl, and as a runner. This really made me appreciate what I have, especially because I'm a runner like Jessica. It drove me to tears, laughter, and made me shiver with anticipation. I don't think I'll ever forget this book. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a feel-good book, especially athletes.

Loved this book, thought is was good, but it didn't seem like there was much of a climax, or a conclusion. The ending just kind of ended at a spot where not much happened, like it didn't conclude the dilemmas or relationships in the book. But it was still fairly good.

A great young adult novel and wonderful sequel to the equally amazing City of Ember. Love this series, can't wait until the library gets the third book!

I loved reading it! My favorite perspective was Amelia's, but the entire story was just incredibly captivating. I have to admit though, I wasn't pleased with the way the trial played out.

Jodi Picoult did a really good job creating a mystery that kept your attention. I was instantly intrigued by Jacob, the main character, because of his rituals and his special views of the world. It was nearly impossible to guess how the book would turn out, which was a good thing, because it kept me hanging on to see how the book would end. Only on the very last page did I find out the whole story. The entire book was full of surprises and red herrings. Even though the book did seem to drag on a little bit, the amount of detail was amazing and added to the many almost-cliffhangers.

Very interesting, gave insight to a lot of ideas, perspectives, and cultures that I've never read about before. Read it for school, and it most certainly wasn't my favorite book, didn't really keep my attention, and the characters just made me mad.

Not exactly what I thought it would be, but overall, I liked getting a sneak peek at the movie, even though it seemed to me that it was just repeating what we knew from the Hunger Games book.

A little hard to follow, but very funny, thoughtful, and definitely unique. Never read a book quite like this. Loved it!
