Peter Kreeft one of the very best. Hard to know which one to recommend starting with, but given what I know of your interests, if one hasn't already caught your eye, I'd say "The Best Thngs in Life - a 20th Century Socrates Looks at Power, PLeasure, Truth & the Good Life". I think you will enjoy his "dialogue" format and the "characters" who participate in it along with "Socrates".
