    Dry, boring, and somewhat repetitive.

The first two or so pages of this are perfectly written. I could read them over and over again, and actually, I do. My favorite 'literary' novel of all time.

I hate this Bible. I loathe it. Every time I've tried to throw it away someone has guilted me into keeping it. There are much better versions out there.

A beautiful and sometimes heartbreaking collection of persona poems.

    Zarathustra in Love

Perhaps one of my favorite books of poetry of all time. Well, prose-poems, technically. Each one is executed with precise perfection. Gerry Lafemina is also a very cool dude.

Aoumiel (Ann Moura) is perhaps one of the few writers to trace both the history of modern witchcraft as well as provide insight on the practice. It's very rare to find such an academic approach within instructional material. Unfortunately, many scholars dismiss her for her spirituality/self-reflection and many (misinformed) practitioners dismiss her for her knowledge/self-reflection. In many ways, this is part autobiography of her own spiritual practices. Some fail to see how empowering the material is due to their desire for step-by-step instructions.

One of the greatest pieces of theater committed to paper. Love-love-love.

As classic and essential as Strindberg is, I just cannot make myself like him. I'm more of an Ibsen girl, I suppose. This translation is very good, though, considering the original. As much as I dislike it, I'd still recommend it considering you haven't experienced drama if you haven't experienced good old August Strindberg.
