At our house the nest is nearly empty. Four years ago, I stepped out on faith and began writing. All my life has been a love affair with words, writing, and books. Through reading--and writing--I feel the universe is mine! (No evil laugh needed here.)

    So you must be enjoying the Twilight series, since you've kept reading them! :-)

    I enjoyed the first couple of books, but by the time the love triangle really started being an issue, I started feeling that sense of being manipulated that I get when reading romance series. I guess my tolerance is sorta low on that score -- as soon as I feel like the story is just stringing me along for an emotional roller coaster ride without giving me enough other drama or action to keep my interest, I abandon it. I still feel like it's probably a good series... I just got bored.

    Maybe another time I'll be in a mood to pick it up again. I'd be interested to know what you enjoy most about it and how the storytelling is holding up over books 3-4...
