So I picked up outlander again thinking it would take some time to refamiliarize myself with it, but I was wrong. All of a sudden, Claire's imprisioned in a dark, dirty whole with the supposed "white" witch and I'm freaking out. I forgot how much this story sucks me in!!! I sit around waiting for everyone to go to bed so I can read! I leave early to pick up the kids just so I can get a couple of minutes in reading. I love that about reading, but I love sharing what I'm reading even more. Garlic & Sapphires is truly a favorite of mine. I lent it to my mom-in-law over a year ago and she hasn't read it. I'm kinda chapped over it because I would really like to read it again. Now I need to read it again, just cause you are. I guess I'll just have to go steal it back. Well, maybe I'll just have to satisfy myself by reading one of her other books. I really liked the writing...do you? Hey, what's your favorite Picoult book?

Rocky Mtn west just means that I live in the western part of the US but near the rockies. I usually love it but it has been colder than the last few years and frankly, I'm over it! I actually put down Outlander for a few days right after Claire got a big whoopin' from Jamie. It really bothered me for some reason. But I got over it. I'm looking forward to finishing it. One of my BFF's finished it and didn't like the ending at first, but then got over it and is about to start the second one. So I gotta hurry it up. I'm reading The Saffron Kitchen right now for my bookclub that meets next month. I love it! I can't wait to discuss it with the girls, along with those of us who read Outlander on our own. We actually put up our bookclub here to just for fun. Check it out if you want. It's called Late Night Bookies. Have you checked out any groups yet? I have a couple I really like. Your daughter seems to have quite the gypsy spirit...I'm jealous of that freedom. I'll get mine back though when mine are out on their own!
