    Hello WHIRLWIND,thanks for the note. I have started reading Coelho just a few months back, inspired by a friend who is also a fan of his writing. Finished a lot of his works and recently m reading "The Fifth Mountain". "The Zahir" and "Eleven Minutes" are two of my most favourite readings of Paulo till now.also liked "Veronika decides to die"...... the end of each story gives a positive hope and being an optimistic...I like this a lot ,....happy reading.
    have u read " The Hungry Tide" by amitav ghosh?? its really a nice piece of work....

    hi, there's great book swapping happening at www.bookmooch.com. it has a forum here at shelfari, at http://www.shelfari.com/groups/23735/about.

    bookmooch is a site that lets you give away the books you don't want anymore and get the books you Really Want to&from bookmooch members all over the world!

    joining is free. you don't spend to get the books but you will have to pay postage to send internationally. with sea mail, you won't be damaged so much though (80/thin book, 150 up for heavier books).

    You visit the group "HARRY POTTER SERIES BY J.K.ROWLING" and there will be a discussion called RENEWAL OF HOUSES...

    lets put it this way, couple of months ago, i went to cali for a modelling shoot for adobe photoshop. there they took man pics of me for focusing on hair rendering techniques. this is one of the shots. what about you... tell me something...

    Hi Whirlwind. Thanks for dropping a note. Not sure how long ago it was, but I haven't been in touch with my books, and this site. How I wish I could take myself a little bit away from work and spend an entire weekend just reading by the beach. You've read quite a lot! What books would you recommend? I'm the cynical-dark-but-happy-realistic type of person. =)Ciao!
