“I've not only read this book but saw his lecture. He is an amazing inspirational man. He has a lot to tell us on how to live a better life, because he is living one. Whether you read this book or watch the lecture, I highly recommend it. (Although, personally, I like the lecture. So if you didn't like his writing style, watch him. He is powerful!)”

“If you are trying to take control of your fibromyalgia or chronic myo fascial trigger points this book should be in your library. This book has changed my life- when I hurt I often have control over the pain reduction- more than any medication I've been on.

The layout of the book is a basic introduction and explanation and then chapters are laid out by areas of the body. Pictures make the instructions easy to follow.

My favorite part is that if I have pain in an area, say my back left shoulder, I can look it up in the back of the book. It will not only send you to the area on "shoulder pain" but also related areas that might be causing the pain!

I feel so much more in control. And, by the way, my doctor originally recommended this book.”

“I love true crime books and while Ann Rule is my favorite true crime writer, Dominick Dunne is a close second. He has a distinct "insider" perspective that many writers don't have.”

“One of the few cookbooks that I've come across that helped reduce my Fibromyalgia Symptoms. Very informative and easy to use- plus the recipes I've tried are YUMMY!”
