Hi! I’m from the Canada group, just popping by to let you know that we are trying to drum up interest in doing a group read. We have a thread started for anyone who is interested to let us know they are interested. Once we know there will be a few people, we’ll then decide on a book (Canadian author, of course!). Hope you decide to join us!
Leya, I finally have a friend. :-) Thank you.
I've been here for a few months, joined up with other members of a mystery swap group I belong to. Saw your note at the group going through e-mails this morning. Love this site!
It's a pleasure to have you as a Shelfari friend, Wandeca!
Thanks so very much for inviting me as a friend! So are you a photographer or artist, too, with the double exposed pic?Plus, I noticed you also, have a love of historical romance, esp, (Highlanders). I've never read either Marsha Canham's works or Julia London's? did you enjoy both, or have a preference? Did they both, feature, strong witty females?Thks again! Have a great week!! Plus, North Dakota, is almost hollering distance from Ontario, right? Haaaa! Sincerely, BriAnna
Yeah! Another Jane Austen/Regency fan who also likes Deirdre Martin. I loved the hockey background in those books. Have you read any others like that with a sports theme? Susan Elizabeth Phillips has several with football players that are also fun.
