I am from NJ, but I have been living here for about two years. I used to be an English teacher, but after attending a Bible College in Austria, I got invited to work at this church

    Ken-- Thanks for your question. Vienna is a beautiful city. I have not visited any of the churches in Neil Cole's network, but from the way they are described, it sounds like they get people deeply into the Bible -- more so than "normal" churches. The "Organic Church" thing has more to do with structure than doctrine though. It seems like an approach that could be very well adapted to the context you are working in.

    My wife is a Missionary, she has been to Panama twice, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and the Phillipines twice. I went to Panama once on a Mission trip it was great !
