I thought so! Is it a "real" photo (i.e., is it a photo of Hugh actually made up like a nightmarish clown), or is it Photoshopped?

Accountability REALLY helps me write, even if, as one of my writing partners says, it's garbage. Easier to revise trash than nothing, right? So, maybe it's time to start back, say 100 words a day. That's only a paragraph or a short poem. Go for it.

Oops, just saw your note. I've had a slow writing year--lots of computer troubles, hubby took a new position in another city so we're both pretty transient. So I'm working with some local writer friends on accountability.

    Do you write?

Thanks for accepting my friendvitation. You have quite a collection going here, with so many different genres represented. I wish I'd kept a lifelong list of all I've read, so I could remember what to post on my shelves. Hope you have a great day.

Don't tell me, let me guess. You like books about travel/adventure. I've read many on your shelf, including all I could get my hands on by Redmond O'Hanlon. In his No Mercy, didn't you expect him to do more with that baby (was it a gorilla?) than he did? Or was he just carting it around as a stuffed animal, security blanket kind of thing. Whose your favorite travel writer? I'm surprised not to see any Paul Theroux on your list.
