“Julia Reed has a distinctly New Orleans voice, and I enjoyed the details she gave about the storm from her perspective. (And how I envy her homes in New Orleans.)

However, the name dropping got on my nerves a bit, and I felt she could've delved deeper into the city's eclectic fabric.”
