My name is Erin and I am currently a freshman in college.
I thought I wanted to be a biologist but I have instead changed my path, as so many freshman are wont to do.
Now, oh yes, I have decided to become a certified nurse midwife.
Why?
Because I am a history nut and something clicked on a primal level- to help women in one of the most ancient of cycles is both romantic and exciting.
And I'm totally on board. =]

My books are my treasures.
I treat them as preciously as children; odd, yes. But whatev.
My shelf on here reflects what I read:
Historical fiction, fantasy, science fiction, romance, etc.

I love my horses quite dearly, all 29 of them.
Though Dusty is my particular favorite.
He's a 9 year old Quarter horse buttermilk buckskin.
In other words: the joy of my life. « less
