Hi there! I love your profile! I enjoyed viewing your bookshelf. Jonathan Swift's Modest Proposal is one of my all-time favorite satires. I'm always fantasizing about writing a similar work for the modern day. And I just noticed you have read Christopher Moore. Have you read the Gospel According to Levi? That was my first Christopher Moore book, and I highly recommend him. Fun to balance the fun, the scary, the adventurous, and the truth. Great shelf!

Gad to meet you too - I think you will like Love Creeps. Actually, I'm fairly confident you will love it as it's an amazingly funny book. Women CAN be funny. There's no law against it :)

She's Come Undone looks like something I should try right about now. The new Palahniuk, Rant, is pretty interesting.

It is a real email, just not a real important one. I love working in a bookstore! A library that can get me books before they even come out? Yay! Heh.

I liked the first several Anita Blake books, then they just got creepy. (Even for me).
If you're looking for deep books, these are not them. They are much like one of the titles, Guilty Pleasures.
    They're light and fun.

BTW, I just finished The Walking Dead 2. Tomorrow, I need to buy number 3. That's the bad thing about working in a bookstore. It's like putting candy in front of a kid, no resistance.
