Trista

I rediscovered my love for reading a few years ago and haven't been able to stop since then. I read all I can in my spare time.
I just started a blog for books. I discuss what is happening in my book and put in my own thoughts.

For sure. And what is so bad with living a positive life? I think many religions and religous people could take lesson in the lifestyle. They live such negative lives if you think about it; being so close minded and scared of HELL....worrying about sinning, begging for foregiveness. How about you live a positive, meaningful, purposeful life and you won't have to worry about any of that.

I've ran Vegas, Denver, AZ, The Cities 2 times and Boston so I have a long way to go! But I need goals to keep my butt in gear! You're lungs will be fine start slow........ maybe a 5k rather than a marathon!!

I do as well especially since it's a "way of life"...being positive, maintaining inner peace, enlightenment, treat all living things equally....it's not like "I bow down to thy almighty GOD and pray to this GOD and if I don't I will go to hell!" So yeah I sent my mom that link you sent me and am going to start the teaching program....really want to learn all about it

Yes ma'am I am...I think I live to the general followings of Buddhism....full believer in karma, treating others as you would like to be treated etc....I think if i were to have any kind of religion this would be the closest....my mom and I are both studying it....i haven't bought the book but The Idiot's guide has every topic under the sun and it's written so things are a lot easier to understand....I will send you an email my ma sent me about like the 14 principals...under buddhism you are not supposed to ignore suffering but to do something...like you do with the critters, you are not supposed to talk ill about anyone...you are not supposed to lie cheat or steal...you do not pray to a "god" but rather pay tribute and honor to Buddha.....but anyway....yeah....
