I'm a novelist who LOVES to read! The only thing that bugs me about reading is that I can't do it faster.

I read both Christian and secular novels, in just about any genre. If the writing and the story are good, I don't care if the book is set in ancient Greece or on the planet Queezor in 3047.

    Yes Jean Harlow is on the cover of my book. The story is true but reads more like a novel. It is written from my great-grandmother's perspective of the founding of Hollywood.

    I did struggle with what Ren the main character struggled with. I'll never forget when I finished reading the boundaries book and put some that into practice. My mother was not happy at all and I was so stressed out trying something new (I struggled to be strong) But as we both got use to the change things definately got better. I'm glad that you made Ren do that too.
    Yes, I LOVE book club. Since I work at Life Way we have a tea party each month in the am and pm clubs. Each lady takes a turn bringing the goodies. It doesn't get any better than that.

    Dear Trish;
    I just finished reading your book "Too Good To Be True". I read it with the ACFW book club loop.
    I just want to say I think you captured the struggle between the main character and her mother very good. I went through something very similar. It was very hard to break away but yet remain in relationship and show the Love of Christ. Good Book.

    Actually I didn't tell the whole truth here. I did add some to the Amazon review. When I saw 3 bad reviews 1 and 2 stars - I had to add a little extra on the end.
    Yes. This is a cool site, but I'm spending more time here than I am writing.
