Before I get to the "official" bio, I have to say I'm ADDICTED to books. It would take me forever to list all of them on Shelfari. But I did put the books I wrote under my "favorites" ... just to make them easy to be found! (And there are my other real favorites listed, too.)

I love fiction, parenting, marriage, and Christian life... more »

    I checked out the photographer's link you sent me. I was able to see the wedding photos, and I think her photos are beautiful. Do you know if all her work is done in black and white?

    Tricia;
    Hey, I just wanted you to know that I just finished reading your book "A Valley of Betrayl" about the Spanish Civil war. I really liked it. The Characters you introduce in your book grabbed me from the very first page and did not let me go. Now I can't wait to read the sequel.
    Honestly I have to say that I am not a history person and did not want to read your book because of the subject matter (history). But since I have gotten to know you and checked out your website I was interested in what you were writing about.
    I'm so glad that you sent me your book for my book club because I probably would not have read it. (I get lost in history facts etc overload).
    I have to say I would have MISSED OUT!!! You are a blessing. I have recommended your book to my ladies for the book club to read. THANKS AGAIN!!!
    I can't wait to see what Happens to Philip and Sophie. I want to hear what happened to Michael and Jose. Of course you left us hanging at the end of the book so that we are ready to dig into your next book. I can't wait. Thanks my friend. If you are ever near Atlanta GA. Give us a ring. We would LOVE to have you at book club.
    God Bless You
    Nora :)

    That's wild. I might even have seen you. I've been there several times over the last 12 years. I have not seen the new church yet (my brother-in-law supervised the buildiing process). I will defintely look you up the next time I'm there. Next summer I'm planning to visit again.

    How long you been going to Easthaven? Do they have two congregations there? Pastor Daniel married two of my nieces. I even sang a solo at that church one year when I was vacationing at my sisters.
    Good luck with your presentations in Dallas. Wish I could hear you.

    Tricia, so far three teachers at my school have read the book Night Song and have raved about it. Unfortunately, they keep reading my book :) The social studies teacher borrowed it and wants to use it in class.Hopefully, next weekend while I go to Savannah (my grandtwins 1st birthday) I will read while my hubby drives. :)

    Hi Tricia, I just updated my website with some family favorites--books that I read and loved so much that I insisted my mother read as well. A possibility for a discussion topic--what are your "water cooler" books?
