Publishing a book was very exciting! It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be either since I went the self-publishing route. I wanted to get it written and out there before the end of the year--it was officially published the beginning of October. I really enjoyed writing it and it always makes me feel good when I hear how readers really enjoyed it. It's like they were pleasantly surprised. Check out my blog on Amazon about my publishing story. Just search for either Karen Zemek or My Funny Dad Harry.
Looks like we have 5 common books and I like your little bunny!
Karen Zemek, author of "My Funny Dad, Harry"
Thanks for the add. Drop me a line anytime!

Thank you for sharing the Japanese website with me - what great pictures of Oolong!Yes, rabbits are not very long lived and 8 years is average length of life - how wonderful he had such a loving owner and died in her arms. I am very attached to my rabbit.
I would love to see the website about the Japanese bunny!

I really enjoyed Memoirs of A Geisha aslo. If you liked that book and you haven't read "Snowflower and the Secret Fan" I think you would really enjoy it.
I too am very sad to see the reign of HP come to an end, but you never know...Ms. Rowling my decide to resurrect that series one day :)
Thanks! For accepting my invite :) I see you have read Memoirs of A Geisha, Wicked, and the Harry Potter books. I have read the whole HP series including the last book and loved them. I also enjoyed Wicked and several other books by this author. I really loved Memoirs of A Geisha too both the book and movie :) What did you think of these books?
