HOME SWEET HOME (token) They Tell Me Of A Home was OUTSTANDING!! The book entails history, humor, and culture all into one, u surely will learn a thing or two from reading this great novel. This was the most excellent southern culture read I have read in a long time, it takes u thru all of your emotions all the way until the end that will have u laughing, crying and clapping and wanting more. Dr. Black deserves every 5 stars there is to give and more, kudos to you! keep them coming and congratulations on a job well done.

A WOMAN TORN(token) To me this is Keisha Ervin's best book, I have read by her. Some parts were repetitive, but it still have u turning pages. It was so much drama between MO, Quan, and Sherry that I was confusedly TORN by it. Good work Keisha, If u keep writing like this, I'll keep reading it.

    Granddaddy's Dirt

    by Brian Egeston
    • Rated 4 stars

    When U Do Dirt-Ride By Yourself !!

They say the truth will set you free, but if you read this book you might say let sleeping dogs lie. One hot, humid night,on a long dusty road a confrontation took place between Granddaddy Andrew and a policeman, names were called, and a tussle took place. Unbeknown important evidence was left at the scene, so important it was the root that would resurface taking both families and the town of Albany-Georgia thru disastrous turmoil and a vicious lie for generations to come. This book will have you tussling w/your own morals and whose side of the argument to partake, better yet it will have you wondering and thinking what lie have I told today. Mr. Egeston, this was a great story w/humor and history intertwined. Highly recommend to all, Kudos to you Mr. Egeston a job well done.

  • The Sweetest Taboo: A Novel
    • Rated 5 stars

    Looking For A Taboo!!

WHEW!! (*looking at Risque sideways*) This was a sweet debut into erotica. A pinch of humor, lots of freak'n in the sheets, 1/2 book of drama, some love w/lies on top. Yuri and Drae are cousins that have more in common than they think when it comes to men. Yuri is married to a boring man named Jeff that wants her to love him and all his faults, but Yuri loves Britt a black king that have his mind on his music. Drae is a gullible woman when it comes to keeping her husband Hassan, she'll do any trick in the sheets to please him., until a man named Nasty Naz enters the sex scene. What about those friends Nae-Nae & Raphael (Ring the Alarm!& Stop hating!) and lil midget-mack Squeak & crazy Freeda, so bring on the drama, lies, sexual explosion, love, craziness, and humor, cause when it's all read and done with, I guarantee you will say this novel is a SWEET FORBIDDEN TABOO!!!!!!

From A Caterpillar To A Butterfly

    HOW THINGS GROW

From a Caterpillar To A Butterfly is a short book with a strong story that needs to be read by every teenager and mother. The author did a wonderful job of depicting and informing serious events that do occur in life. Somewhere while reading the book you may stop and just think back to some things u may need to think about or act on.

There was less than 5 grammatical and spelling errors, but it did not take away the message the author was trying to convey. Renetta Randle you did an excellent job and I look forward to reading more books from you.

    FREAKY AFFAIRS

This is my 1st read by Relentless Aaron, and won't be my last. This book is for the mature adult only, but there's also some warnings of nonstop drama, scandalous violence, suspence, and smut. Mason and Adena were 2 live freaks that wanted more and more freaky nights. They bring a 3rd party Loween into the bedroom who ends up dying between the sheets, everything start coming out of the closet from there on. You have to be ready to read this story by Relentless Aaron, because he's going to take u into areas of freaky erotica whether it's true or fantasy for u. Relentless Aaron congrats! and I welcome myself into your fan base for this well deserved 5 star read.

  • Sweet Georgia Brown
    • Rated 5 stars

Marvin works for a small Detroit radio station that turns into mega listeners when Marvin turns it into a laugh-a-thon about his precious wife Sweet Georgia Brown. When Marvin started out he was doing small comedy after comedy, down on his luck, no job, staying w/his parents with a wife and 2 children that he could barely feed. Sweet Georgia always supported Marvin and believed in his dreams, when noone else did, but she didn't know the cost of believing in Marvin until "The Last Laugh" turned into "The Marvelous Marvin Morning Show", at her expense.

Fed-up with Marvin's peanut gallery on the radio as well as raising his 13 year-old sassy daughter Chloe, that one day appeared on their doorstep, Georgia gets her own blessing, but not at Marvin's expense, she worked her way to the top the old fashioned way, with hard work and faith. Through all of Marvin's gambling, extra-marital affairs, laughs at Georgia, and thru all of his dedicated listeners, even when Marvin faced a crucial and devastating disaster that was about to end his career, Sweet Georgia steps up again and become his soul survivor.

Sweet Georgia Brown is a uplifting, inspirational novel which shows there are dreams that do come true, and that you'll be one step closer to your dreams if you keep believing in yourself, and thru it all to never give up. Reading this book you'll learn to laugh, love yourself, believe, and most of all make your dreams your reality. Listeners will get a scoop of sweetness with a sprinkle of laughter everytime they tune in. This book will entertain readers and challenge them spiritually. Sweet Georgia Brown you derserve 5 stars w/white glove treatment.
