Tina

I'm 37 and live in Vermont. I've loved books since I can remember being read to as a kid by my mom, she instilled in me the love of books. I am interested in all kinds of genres-romance, fantasy, thriller/suspense and a little horror too. I also enjoy reading up on current events.

Tina, Did you see they started a conversation about The Madness of Lord Ian MacKenzie on MADIOAS group? I just went over and put in my 2-cents. Jump in if you want.

Finished The Madness of Lord Ian MacKenzie last night and loved it. I'm glad you told me how good it was. I put off reading this book for a long time. Now I'll have to find the other books in the series.

Hi Tina, I saw you read Dark Lover. Are you planning on continuing the series? It's my favorite series...ever. I'm waiting anxiously for the next book to come out next year.

Hi Tina, Baby Love got such good reviews, I'm glad someone else felt like I did. I read Phantom Waltz awhile back, again because of great reviews. I liked it better than Baby Love, gave it 4 stars, but there was still a part with the heroine... Maybe reading them in proper order like you are would change things. Let me know.

Hi Tina, I see you joined the Mystery & Suspense Group and the Making a Dent in Our Adult Shelves Group. Both are very active groups with a lot of great members. I thought the MADIOAS group would help me get rid of some books. Hasn't happened. I've just added more books with all the great reviews. ;)

I have been enjoying my readings of late and will be going through a few James Patterson books for the next couple of reads. Thereafter, i will try a few less known authors i might come across - a long awaited attempt at trying to diversify my author pool :-)

Seems you're currently on a spiritual theme when it comes to your latest books. Your addition of the Road To Assisi caught my attention.

Well, that's not good. I read the first couple of pages when I picked it up at the book sale. I'm not sure if I'm going to like it or not. I was a bit confused by the beginning, but I didn't feel good at the time and it may have been a mood thing.

Tina. I see you're reading The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane. I picked this book up at a sale this summer because it sounded interesting. Let me know if it is worth my time.

My summer is going well. It's not as hot as usual which is alright with me.

I read a trilogy by Christy Reece. She's a new romantic suspense author. They were all very good books. Also liked A Kiss at Midnight by Eloisa James (historical) and Lover Unleashed by J.R. Ward (paranormal). Have you read anything you'd recommend?
