Hmmm....I know for sure that I have not read any other novels that have the older woman/teenage boy factor in it- it is quite rare. However, I know I have read the older man/younger girl side.
The only one I can think of is the one I am about to read, which a lot of people have reviewed it as 'good'. It's between a 15 year old girl and a man twice her age. However, the twist is that he is her father's younger brother. And she loves him.
So I'm giving this book a try to see if its any good, despite the whole incest factor in it.
LOLZ yes I'm a book nerd. If I find any, I will definitely tell you :) Now I want to find some books with age gap romance!
I still don't understand why she fell for such a young boy. It is rather confusing to me. He propositions her and she goes along and gets with him and doesn't think of the consequences. I mean, what did she think? That the boy truly cared about her? Nah.
She acted all shocked when he lost his interest in her.
When I look at it, I think it is worse for the older woman to want to be involved with a teenage boy because boys are so flitty and loose interest after they get what they want. However- if you look at it from an older male point of view, I do believe a young girl would most likely be smitten with him and not want to ever leave him. Such an odd situation right? I always do wonder what goes on in these peoples minds.
But yeah, this novel did bring in a good insight to the whole situation!
