Miss Tiff

Ever since I was a little kid I've loved reading. It's not something that has really changed much. In fact, my love for reading has gotten deeper. I enjoy reading Suspense, Chick Lit, Romance, Mystery, Horror, and Memoirs. However, I do read other types of novels. Some of my favorite authors are: Sandra Brown, Kay Hooper, Stephen King, and Alice... more »

I love all the Special Crimes Unit/Bishop novels and this one didn't let me down. In the latest Special Crimes Unit novel the team is up against a major madman like none other who has nothing else on his mind but creating a apocalypse. With the help of the newest member of the Haven Tessa is brought in to be the major player in helping take down the latest madman. Does she have what it takes to get the job done? It becomes very clear that they are going to need all the help they can get to pull this one off. But can they really do it?

When 16 year old Zoey is Marked her life is turned upside down. She has to switch schools and go to the Vampyre Finishing School. She has to learn how to deal with all the new changes she is going through, plus being the new girl isn't making things easier for her. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to read the next one.

The third Sookie Stackhouse novel and I absolutely loved it. I'm really getting into this series. In this novel, Sookie discovers that Vampire Bill is hiding a lot of things from her including another lover that Sookie isn't sure is a past lover or a current lover. Will she be able to handle the drama and craziness her life has became this time around or will she lose everything she loves and even her life this time? I can't wait to read the next installment of this series.

The second Sookie Stackhouse novel is just as good as the first. In this one Sookie and her vampire boyfriend Bill have to go to Dallas for a mission with some Dallas vampires since Sookie has promised to help them with their problems. Things get sloppy and crazy soon with them. This book had me up late into the night reading. I can't wait to read the next one.

  • Julie and Julia
    • Rated 4 stars

An attempt to change her life Julie decides to cook her way through Julia's Mastering the Art of French Cooking Book in a year and blog about it along the way. She had no idea how hard and what she has really got herself into. It's got many ups and downs. A little bit of craziness and fun. I laughed at moments, was grossed out at other moments, and was kind of in awe at other times. I really enjoyed this novel and think it's a great chic lit novel.

Kay Hooper has became one of my favorite authors, one in which I read everything by. Like all the other books I have read of hers this one didn't dissappoint me. I was up late into the night finishing this book. Jesse's long lost granddaughter Amanda hasn't been to Glory in 20 years. When one day a woman comes back claiming to be Amanda. Most people have there doubts if she is who she says she has. Full of family drama, romance and suspense this book will have you not wanting to put this book down!

The second Stephanie Plum novel and I loved this one as much as I loved the first one. Stephanie is on the mission to catch another guy who jumped bail and she's having all kinds of problems with this one. This guy is crazy and is on a kililng spree. She's working with a local vice cop who she has a history with in hopes of catching the crazy guy. It turns out that the crazy guy is most likely going to come after her and she's not so sure she's up for the challenge. She's still mastering the whole bounty hunter job in this novel. She enlists the help of a few close people including her grandma for this case. Can she get her man?
