Welcome to the 1001 BOOKS YOU MUST READ BEFORE YOU DIE group. It is a specific list of books that can be found at the top of the group description. Every two years the book is revised. This means that there are now 1305 books that we are working our way through. We encourage you to explore the group, check out the various opportunities. You can introduce yourself at the Welcome Mat and the directory will direct you to various links within the group.
    Our February 2013 BOTMs are
    1. Vilette by Charlotte Brontë
    2. The Master and Margaritaby Mikhail Bukgakov
    3. The Postman Always Rings Twice by James M. Cain
We are reading The Arabian Nights as a seasonal read for January, February and March. The discussion threads will be pinned to the top. Please join in reading one or all of these books.
And please stop by and introduce yourself at the Welcome Mat. We are also voting for our March BOTMS so feel free to add your vote.

    Happy reading.

    Welcome to Good Reads.

We are glad you joined and want to encourage you to participate.

Last month we read and discussed Room by Emma Donoghue. This month we will be reading and discussing The Orchardist by Amanda Coplin, but we probably won't post the discussion questions for a week or two. In the meantime, feel free to post to any of the book discussions, old or new. The books we have read are on our group shelf. If you rummage around a bit, you can find a discussion thread for each of them.

And, we just posted candidates for the March read; don't forget to vote for your favorite.
