Farrah

Hi! I'm a married SAHM of 3 children who LOVES to read books. I’m often asked how I actually have time to read with 3 kids but I’ve found that if you enjoy something enough you’ll find the time! I’m ALWAYS reading a book and I read daily. It’s good for the imagination and for making you think back on the things in your own life! My favorite... more »

Hi Farrah! Thanks so much :)
Celtic Sacrifice is a historical romance set in 16th century Ireland during the final years of the English/Irish NineYears War. Ceana O'Hagan, the heroine, is not only caught between her destiny to become a powerful Druid Priestess and becoming a political pawn to save her home village of Dungannon, but the love of two men. One of the overall themes of the book is that each human being has a pre-ordained destiny. Our hope is that when we stray from the path, a higher power will guide us back. We get to watch as that scenario plays over and over in Ceana's life and see if she learns to listen to that little voice echoing inside her head.
I sent you an invitation to the discussion group for Celtic Sacrifice. I have a book blurb posted there, the prologue teaser, and a link to the book trailer on you tube.
The book is up for pre-sale now at www.underdogpress.com. The first 125 copies will come autographed (shameless plug here). I frequently visit NC as my parents live in Wilmington and we are working on getting an event scheduled after the release. I'd love to meet you and personalize your copy.

    Hi Farrah,
*waves and smiles. Welcome to Play Book Tag (pbt) group. Here is the basic to help you get started. Every month we pick a tag to read from then we share our reviews with each other. This month's Tag is Inspirational. I have already finished reading "The Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis. That was the first time I read it and I was amazed by it. Great book.
We have a faq's thread that answers many of the regular questions we get about the group and the games and challenges that we have. Also feel free to ask either myself or any other veteran member of the group. Everyone is really nice and helpful. We love to hear from our new members so don't be shy, chime in on discussions. Happy Reading!!!

*sprinkles you with fairy dust and flutters off.....................
