This was, at some point, Janet's dump for to-read books, until she added 200 Curious George books to her 'Read' list and realized how idiotic she looked. Her shelves are now empty, considering three facts: she always reads, with odd fits-and-starts, 20 books at a time; she can remember less than 1/5 of the 500+ books she has read in her lifetime; her local libraries and wallet cannot find nor afford over half of the books on her to-read books list.
