    Hi! I noticed the latest book you've added to your shelf, "never say diet"--fitness and nutrition are one of my favorite subjects. May I suggest a couple of books to try, if you haven't already? Try Covert Bailey's "Fit or Fat?" which explains why diets never work. Also, Dr. Phil's "The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution." I didn't read all of the Dr. Phil book, just enough to help me change the way I think about my relationship with food. I'd be interested in what you think about the "Never say Diet" book.
