I'm 31 and from the beautiful New Jersey Shore. I love, love, love to read. Ever since reading Bronte's Jane Eyre I've been hooked. I'll read just about anything, but there is nothing I like more than a good mystery.
Other than reading I like to veg on the beach with my husband, travel, shop with the girls and cook. I love getting notes, so... more »

I give up. I very rarely leave a book unfinished but I just couldn't. It was the most painful book to read. It had such great promise, but failed miserably.

I knew I read this book years ago but for the life of me I couldn't remember the title.

The geometry of Sisters tells the story of three pairs of sisters and the love, loyalty and strength that holds them together even through life's most difficult times. It's set in RI at Newport Academy, a unique and haunted prep school.
This book really touched me. I am the oldest of four girls and the emotions and issues Rice wrote on were so poignant and real.
I started this book last night and couldn't sleep until I finished...a great page turner!

She just keeps getting better and better! This is the third book in the Kate Daniels series. I love her mix of exotic creatures and the old standbys (vampires, weres and shifters. This book has it all, whitey dialogue, great plot, serious action and more about Kate's unusual heritage. You also get a ton of sexual tension between Kate and the beast lord Curran (nothing too graphic). I would recommend reading the first two books ( her first book is the weakest of the three) but you can read this first and not get too lost. If you are a fan of paranormal, fantasy this is the book for you!

This book was fantastic! Her descriptions of Venice were amazing and the food! My mouth was watering through most of the book.

I loved this book! I am an admitted Harry Potter junkie, so I will read anything related to him. The stories were reminiscent of Aesop's fables and I just loved the illustrations. A must read for my fellow HP junkies.

I found this while dragging out all of my Christmas stuff today. It was always a childhood favorite of mine. I made my parents read it to me every night well after Christmas was over.
