I like to read for pure pleasure, usually. My faves are J.R. Ward, Kresley Cole, Janet Evanovich, Sandra Brown, Laurell K Hamilton, MaryJanice Davidson, Charlaine Harris, Kim Harrison, Nalini Singh, Sidney Sheldon, Nora Roberts writing as J.D. Robb, Judith Krantz, etc. Lately, I've been on a vampires, werewolves, paranormal/supernatural kick but I also like mysteries, thrillers and most books with a romance aspect to them. I love to read series books because I like to see how characters develop. My first series of books was Nancy Drew, which I started reading when I was in the 3rd grade and I still have several Nancy Drew books on my shelf today! I also like books about general knowledge and trivia, because I think they'll serve me well when I hopefully appear on Jeopardy, sometime in the future! :-) « less
