other good books, um, my fantasy is not perhaps what it should be, but I saw A Game of Thrones on your shelf, and would severely recommend reading the rest of the septilogy, currently at book 4, soon to be 5.

Yes! Keep up with the technology! (Since you're here I'm sure it's not really an issue). Seems like a lot of library people are unsure/uncomfortable with things like RSfeed, IM etc) anything that's not simply a research database)...at least in the US. Of course I hope we can at least maintain SOME of the identity of the institution as a safe repository of BOOKS on paper! Love to hear more about library life in Oslo! Best Wishes-Christian

PS-Sorry editors of BOOK OF THE DEAD are John Skipp and Craig Spector. Find a copy if you can-you'll like it.

Thanks for checking my shelf! Hope Libray school goes well with you. I've worked (as non-librarian) in the Public Library forever. It's a wonderful career. Glad you like Zombies! Have you got a copy of BOOK OF THE DEAD editied by Craig & Spector? Best zombie stories ever! If not, I've got extra copies. Be happy to send ot to you. Warmest Wishes-Christian

Totally agree with lenny's comment. ECLETIC is just the right word for your collection. Sweeps right across various genres. And an intriguing fascination for egyptian lore as well. Nice!
