The books on my shelf are those I have read and enjoyed. While they may not be perfect, they have something to recommend them. I am primarily a fan of good fiction and narrative non-fiction, particularly memoir. To pull me in, a book must tell a really, really good story, make me laugh, or make me look at why we believe the things we do and how those beliefs affect our lives.
