I've worked around and with books--read, studied, and taught them--for over thirty years. When introduced to this website, I thought it might be a good way to keep in touch with some of my book-loving friends from over the years...members of former book groups, etc...so we can see what we all are reading these days.
I had the good fortune to be raised in a family of readers...and from an early age to be encouraged to "go look it up" when I had a question about something. I still have lots of questions, so still spend lots of time looking things up. I just wish more people in the world around me would do the same!
There's no way I could begin to put all my books online here...so thought I'd begin by listing some things I've read relatively recently, along with a couple all-time favorites, and some of the books my groups have done over the years.
