I found a second-hand copy [in very good condition] of Pullman's The Subtle Knife, bought it and read it. A friend has a copy of the third volume [The Amber Spyglass] of the trilogy and has promised to give it to me. Drop me a note in case you want to read the second volume; I can lend it to you.
Many thanks for adding me.I see that you've also read Pullman's The Golden Compass. I just chanced on a copy while browsing through Book Sale in Nepo Mall in Angeles City. I've been trying to find the next volume : The Subtle Knife. I wonder if you've found one.
Oi! Thanks for the invite. :)
