With Madman in the Mirror I've tried to make the reader feel for a serial killer who was driven insane by his crazy father. What happens when a serial killer raises his child to be just like him? Lots.
Sorry to see you leave the game. Thanks for the compliments. Which haiku is yours? There were a few for judging that I liked that were not in the thread. Please visit us at Chapter and Verse. Peace. ~z
Way to get some of those text books in! Every page counts. Keep at it and I hope we make it another round! :)
I posted what I came up with for links re round 12 challenge in the Clubhouse.
Don't forget to post all 19th century books that you have read in our Clubhouse under the Discussion 'Challenge For Round 12'.
I made a mistake before. Just go to the Discussion Post 'Challenge For Round 12' in our Clubhouse and list all the books you've read for 19th Century
Tag all your 'Read' books that have 19th century. I'm making a spreadsheet for the challenge. I'll figure out the links.
Hi Spedtcher30, I always check for new posts at Chapter and Verse. We're leaving it open. Stop by anytime to chat and talk about what you're reading and how you're doing. Peace. ~z
I just looked at our Clubhouse and noticed you were on Team D-Stroyer. Sorry I didn't notice earlier - welcome aboard. I am the Clubhouse chef. Robert will give you a butter beer to accompany your food. Enjoy!
Hi there! I'm on Team D with you. Welcome aboard! I see we have quite a few books in common. I look forward to browsing your shelf for my ever growing TBR pile!
A woman after my own heart! I saw that you have Trixie Belden books on your shelf! They were my absolute favorite! I still have mine from 30+ years ago, and I buy them whenever I see them at rummage sales, etc. I love Trixie - she's so much spunkier and real than Nancy Drew.
Hi Spedtchr30,
I want to welcome you to team D-Stroyers now that Play Book tag has taken apart your old team. I saw you on the Amazing Page Race and I could not catch you so I know that you read a lot!!! I am glad you are on our team. Welcome Welcome!! ;)
Hi! Saw your note and hope that you are feeling at least a little better!
Not sure if you are still around, but it doesn't look like Round 6 results have been posted yet, so you might yet be able to submit your report.
Hi C, Haven't seen you around in a bit. Hope you're well and if you were able to report some numbers for this round, that would be cool, too. Peace. ~z
Hi Spedtchr30,
Friendly reminder to submit your numbers. Please post to Chapter and Verse if you can. Thanks. ~zawadi
Wiping egg off face, I swear I'm forever failing to read notes before posting. lol Thanks.
Hi spedtchr30,
Friendly reminder to submit your numbers and post your final numbers at Chapter and Verse. Thanks. ~z
Also, just wanted to let you know that with the challenge - - you earned 140 pages for your personal score and then 35 more for your team score.
