At the age of 50 (and 20 years of service) I retired from corrections and was able to get a job as a part time library clerk. It gets me out of the house. It also got me reading again, but more than that, I started writing again. My first book, THE 3RD COVENANT, came out in April of 2006, was nominated for The David G. Sasher Sr. Award for Best Mystery Novel of 2006 by Deadly Ink. In June of 2007 I was the feature author for the WhoDoneIt online newsletter. Currently I am co-founder of the Christian Fiction Review Blog (CFRB), which started out as a way to promote my book, but quickly changed into a ministry. It exists to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through works of fiction. I love it. I have a 2nd book being considered for publication and am struggling with which way to go for my 3rd book. I'll also be collaborating with another CFRB member on an end times thriller.
