Well, the book was much better than I expected it to be. An easy and light read. Snuggle in bed and grab this book; it will make you laugh and will leave you with a number of philosophies to contemplate;P

I have to admit that reading this humongous book took me way longer than I first predicted! It kinda took me forever to finish it, to be frank! Anyways, despite the sense of boredom that gripped me at times throughout the read, I have to admit that the book is worth the trouble and will certainly leave you with more than a nagging thought to ponder!

This is definitely a book that takes you to places you have never thought you could reach merely with your imagination! It is a book written to make you think and look at things from new angles and perspectives. Coelho is proving to be an author whose works you cannot but enjoy reading!

My advice is, don't miss the chance of embarking on yet another exciting journey; made tangible only through Coelho's magical words.

A creepy book in its own unique way!
I have to admit that boredom did get the better of me at some parts, especially those including meticulous details about the art of perfumery. However, the story did pick up speed at later chapters when Grenouille started the killings.

Anyways, the ending left me gawking at the last page for some time!! I had such a strange expression on my face, and still I do not seem to be able to get over the shock of the ending!! Unbelievable and totally unexpected!!

Smartly written, and deals with olfaction quite differently and from a totally unusual angle!!

    A new reading experience!!

It's always hard to measure your capacity and willingness to forgive those who have hurt you! Yet, love always makes this easier, and it surely is the one and only healing power humanity has ever known! To learn about love & forgiveness, I surely recommend this novel! It has left me with a feeling of content and tranquility that I wouldn't name but "Sheer Inner Peace"!

Well, if you are as much in love with Italy as myself, this novel will make you ache to be there, to feel its warm sun and breeze, to be one with its godly nature and definitely to taste its unbelievably delicious food! If for you Italy is just another country on the map, you will certainly change your mind once you read this heart warming, light and easy to love novel! And watch out for your tasting buds, I assure you they'll go insane with every new dish you get to know within the lines of this book;)

Well, the least I can say about this book is that it really is amazing and worth reading! I swear once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down until I finished it all! Besides, I have never ever cried when reading a book, yet with this particular book I did; I cried like a baby!!

In short, it is indeed a page-turner!! So go read it if you still haven't!
