I just want everyone to know something. No matter how depressed, angry, anxious, or upset you are. Stop and think. Chances are it's not your fault. If it's a guy (or girl) get over him. If it's a best friend or family member, school mate, or co-worker, confront them. And remember to feel really bad you've had to have felt really good before.
