    Guess I'm just old school. Do you have any suggestions for new sf that a guy like me is likely to enjoy? Love sf of the old space cowboy pulp fiction variety. I'm not PC -- I like stuff that is thoughtfully crafted and reflects a mind informed by the riches of the Western Tradition.

    When did you start reading Fables? How are you enjoying it? Who are your favorite characters? I personally love Snow and Bigby, but maybe that's too predictable. I also really love Cinderella. She kicks some serious tail!

    hey long time no see, i seen in a magizine that "City Of Ember" was being made into a movie, i have no idea when its said to come out, I havn't tried to research it any yet. I really don't think it's going to be that great of a moive, but i wasnt a huge fan of the book and others were so mabye I'm wrong. Alright well I just thought I would pass that on to you, cya later.

    He is an old friend. I must confess I am several novels behind. In fact I am so far behind (on both series) that I really need to start over at the very beginning. We actually have more books in common, but I just put down the books I read since I joined since February 20th.

    By the way--the picture is actually of my mother as a teenager--but I do look just like her.
