Eric Segal wrote a love story but love is what I call, best describe by my daughter's quote. "There is no such thing as love at first sight. Only lust. True love is the meaning of always working to make lust last forever.:cs
Although Erick's novel is great as a subjective novel, the romance novels I write began with two people meeting for the first time and romance grwoing into a partnership of love.

This is my first book and my first book of love poetry. There were 800 copies printed of which all but 1 copy sold in 2 weeks. This is the only copy I know of. It's a book of true emotions. This is the book I won the Golden Poets Award for. Skip Stover

  • The Gunslinger
    • Rated 5 stars

Read the entire series of the Gunslinger and loved it. couldn't put it down. Read it every night before going to bed. found it really strange for reading but you get a feeling of wanting to know what was going to happen to the Gunslinger next. I can't tell that, because I don't do spoilers. sorry. Skip

Not only do I have this book, I have his orignal story, first wrtten, in a style called a magazine/comic. the cover has the picture like a comic book, but the inside is like a magazine with the story only, and no pictures. The book also has another strory in it. I always thought this was the best book to movie, considering the original movie and NOT the remake out a few years ago.

  • The Time Machine
    • Rated 5 stars

Not only do I ahve this book, I have the first magazine in which H.G. Well's story, "The Time Machine" was printed in. It looks like a comic book cover, but has no pictures inside and has 1 other story in the book with his. It's definately got a special place in my library.

This book has a lot of information, but as a Balck Belt in Karate, I found a lot of similar defenses in their style, compared to the style I studied. Kenpo
