As about the book The Art of Happiness, I can say I like it, because dealing with the notion of happiness, the grip is the right one, ie. fundamental. It deals with relationships, what the basis are, in general it leads the reader to recognize the factors, which lead towards happiness and those which lead towards sorrow in order to cultivate the first and eliminate the second gradually. The point is, sometimes we are not even aware that some actions or talkings, and thinking lead to sorrow instead of to happiness.
