So this is the story of my life. It’s actually all true but I have been selective about what has been included as there are some bits that even I don’t want to remember.
Of course there are things I would have changed or done differently but it's all part of who I am and what makes me Siân Banks or Siân Williams? – You will have to read the book to find out about the name change, and it wasn’t due to one of my marriages......
Divorced and living in Buckinghamshire with my 3 grown up children and 2 dogs. I was born in Holyhead, Anglesey in 1966, and raised by my mother and grandparents in Merseyside. I now work in London for an HR Consultancy in the IT department managing the support of the company websites and applications.
This is a collection of funny stories based on true events that have occurred since Siân left school in 1982, there is also a darker side where I was a victim of domestic violence and abuse and what I did to change my life and that of my children. It continues in good humour until the present day, that being 2010 and has been written for my family and friends and I hope it will amuse and entertain and hopefully take you along the emotional rollercoaster that has been my life.
