“I like the book...I just don't think that Jim Elliot actually made enough effort to protect both of them during that time...writing her love letters, continuously expressing his love for Elisabeth, spending so much time alone together...all these even while he was still called to a celibate life...(I just assumed that Jim did not have a spiritual leader to scold and remind him to be discreet of his feelings until God clearly gave His go signal.)...But in totality, the book is helpful and full of wisdom. I just think that this might mislead brothers/Christian men who are going through the same struggle and difficulty...just my thought...”
