I have been an avid reader since I was a young child – happily sacrificing TV and playtime for time with a good book! I enjoy reading all types of genres although romance or romantic suspense leads the pack. I most enjoy stories that include a little of everything - romance, suspense, mystery, paranormal, action, etc. But most of all I just love anything well written or any story so good it sucks me into a new world that I don't want to leave. I have enjoyed writing poems and stories since middle school capturing observations, feelings and events that I hope one day to publish. I have worked in the Learning and Development field for fourteen years, meeting a lot of great people who have all taught me something new. and gaining expertise in a variety of areas including design, development, management and facilitation of projects and programs involving of blended, virtual, classroom, web-based and other methods of training.

I live with her husband and son (who opens me to reading new Young Adult books I may have otherwise missed out on) in Kansas and have two Scottie puppies that keep us very busy - oh so much energy! I love to travel with family and friends, take photographs – and of course, reading and writing! « less
