  This is one of my favorite books right now - I'm going to read it again soon. I would recommend it. One of my friends said that the "writing" style wasn't that good, but I didn't pick up on this at all. I was too into the story :o).

  You asked about The Shack. It is controversial because it looks at the trinity through a personal lens of grief and doesn't portray the customary imagery of the triune God. Still, I have not seen much in it that conflicts with scripture. It is important to remember it is a novel. I see in it truth. This is partly the God I know. Column of fire, burning bush, a spirit walking in the Garden... He can appear as He pleases and the depiction of this God is different, but it gives the reader space to explore our own hearts and how faith intersects with the larger issues of love, free will, evil, and redemption.

  don't feel like watching the movie na. i find the story so sad. poor hassan! he suffered a lot yet he remained strong, wise and loyal all throughout. his story is sad but this must have been the reality for some. readers can learn lot of good things from hassan. huhu!

  Others find me beautiful sometimes ugly, sexy at the same time obese, sometimes strict, sometimes adorable, but this are all physical manifestations about myself. Deep inside me is a loving mother to my wonderful son and husband, a loving sister to my sisters, brothers my parents, and "NANAY" to some friends .. I always appreciate all books that comes my way... but I prefer a love story with a happy ending.... .
